Gut R&R contains prune and apple pectin, offering a fiber component that may help bind toxins in the digestive tract to promote motility and balance the formula, as glutamine and zinc can be constipating for some people. While the amount of prune and apple pectin in Gut R&R is generally well-tolerated, some people who are prone to diarrhea may wish to avoid it, due to its potential to promote bowel motility.
