What are the benefits of protein powder?
Protein is an essential macronutrient that plays a key role in supporting overall health and bodily functions. It provides important amino acids like glutamine and L-tyrosine, which are involved in various physiological processes, including gut and thyroid function. Consuming adequate protein as part of a balanced diet may help support stable energy levels, healthy blood sugar levels, and a well-rounded nutrient intake.*
People eating the Standard American Diet, or vegan and vegetarian diets, may find it challenging to meet their protein needs through food alone. Ensuring sufficient protein intake may help maintain muscle health, support daily energy levels, and contribute to overall well-being.*
What do the protein powders taste like?
- AI Paleo Protein - This hydrolyzed beef protein is free of fillers and added flavors, but surprisingly, it doesn’t taste like beef; rather, it has a slight milky taste.
- Paleo Protein - Vanilla - This sweet, creamy vanilla-flavored version tastes like vanilla ice cream!
- Paleo Protein - Chocolate - Tastes like a chocolate milkshake when served cold, and can even double as a hot chocolate if served with warm water or a milk of your choice.
What are the recommended doses of the protein powders?
The recommended dose of AI Paleo Protein is one scoop (which provides 26 g of protein), in 8-12 ounces of water or another beverage.

However, those who experience digestive symptoms may find Betaine with Pepsin support helpful, at a lower dose than taken with other protein-containing meals.*
