What is the recommended dose?
The recommended dose is two capsules twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

When should I take it?
Benfotiamine can be taken once in the morning and once in the evening, with or without food.

How long can I take Benfotiamine for?
Benfotiamine can be taken for one month to two years.

Can it be taken with thyroid medications?
Benfotiamine should be taken at least 30 to 60 minutes away from thyroid medications. Testing your thyroid hormone levels every 30-90 days to see if a medication adjustment is needed, is recommended.

Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in this supplement.
