Veggie Enzymes should be taken at least 30 to 60 minutes away from thyroid medications.

How long can I take Veggie Enzymes for?
Veggie Enzymes can be taken long term, if needed.

Can Veggie Enzymes be used to help with bloating when eating vegetables?
Cooking vegetables can help with occasional bloating associated with the consumption of vegetables. Veggie Enzymes can also help to further break down the fibers of the vegetables.
